On 21 FEB 2022, Marine Service Consultants have handled a mortgage deal between EFG HERMES for financial solution and Transmar company (wholly owned to IACC), to finance 25 USD million for the purpose of financing the purchase of a marine transport vessel TRANSMAR LEGACY.

TRANSMAR LEGACY is a container ship with a capacity of 2,100 TEUs (twenty-foot equivalent units) and a length of 204 meters, Transmar Legacy is expected to enhance the company's services in the Red Sea, linking primarily between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
